How we handle your information.
Plain version: we collect what you give us through the contact form, we use it to respond to you, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone outside what's necessary to run the practice. This page is not a substitute for the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at intake — it covers the website only.

What we collect
Only what you give us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, and the message you wrote. We don't run analytics or tracking on this site. We don't use cookies for advertising.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry. If you become a client, intake and clinical records are handled under our HIPAA-compliant clinical workflow — not through the public website.
Who we share it with
No one, except where required to operate the practice or by law:
- Our email provider, to receive and send messages.
- Our web host (Bluehost), which processes the form submission.
- Any legal disclosure we are required to honor.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing partners.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete what we have on you. Email info@doctormolchan.com or call (724) 425-0223 — we'll confirm within two business days.
Clinical privacy (HIPAA)
If you are or become a client of Molchan & Associates, your clinical information is protected under the HIPAA Privacy Rule. You'll receive our Notice of Privacy Practices at your first appointment. That notice, not this page, governs the handling of your clinical records.
Cookies
One cookie: a small local preference for your light/dark theme choice. That's it. No tracking, no third-party cookies, no advertising tags.
